Oh my hell you guys – this was one MAGICAL damn day.

Ya huh…you’re seeing that right…there were fireworks. Honest to goodness REAL and GIANT fireworks!! They were kept a complete surprise until right before they popped and the crowd reaction was awesome! I too was thrilled and awestruck (who doesn’t love fireworks!?) but from a photography stand point I had a full blown panic attack. I’ve never photographed fireworks before but I knew from reading about it at some point in my travels that you really need a tripod (for the slow shutter speed) and while I had brought a tripod with me to Big Sky I hadn’t had trudged it along with me to the ceremony. So I did my very best and to say I was relieved when it was all over and I saw on the view finder that some shots came out I was pretty much squealing. (Never a dull moment!)

This entire weekend was incredible for me. For starters the bride is the step daughter of someone who is SUPER special to me. Getting to share this day with her and capture it was a true honor, as she was one of my biggest supporters from the start of this crazy journey (ya know, back when I had NO CLUE what I was doing.) Both Lindsey and Eli were a dream to work with and their families and friends were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Along with all of that my little family got a fun get away to Big Sky and we made some memories of our own.

Lindsey, Eli, Greg and Cindy, thank you thank you for letting me part of this amazing day – I’ll never forget it. : )

I’ve had a few people ask about my mom’s etsy shop that I featured oh, I don’t know, like a million years ago on here.

Well good news, I’ve got her up and running again in a new shop called simply and accurately “Muffy Can Make That.” : )

Right now it’s stocked pretty darn full with crayon roll ups, some AWESOME fabric bags (the one she made for me is like my third hand – I take that sucker EVERYWHERE) and THE MOST ADORABLE aprons you’ve ever seen.

Well a few weeks ago they went and got themselves married and they were sweet enough to invite me along.

It was a spectacular day….just take a look… : )

Guess what guys? Mirable baby toddler Preschooler has a new baby brother. (Yes, another one.) : )

Meet Tritt. Who by the way looks JUST like Raef did at this age, right down to a full head of white blond hair.

In effort to get caught up I’m keeping this short but there is definitely no shortage of cuteness.

It’s a sign that it’s been too long since your last post when you can’t remember the password to your OWN blog. Oh my.

So first, a quick “I’m sorry” for the lack of posts, updated info (for example that list from my last post is SO not accurate anymore) and such stuff. I clearly enjoyed my time off just a tad too much. : )

So to kick off the 2013 season here’s a few shots from our trip to Hawaii in January, which for the record seems like a whole life time ago…(especially since it’s snowing out my window right now…)
